Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Information for guests booking directly with The Bok Phu Quoc.

  • Reservations are confirmed only after The Bok Phu Quoc checks availability and sends an official confirmation.
  • Guests should provide accurate name, phone number, email, check-in/check-out dates and number of guests.
  • Rates may vary depending on room type, season, promotions and real-time availability.
  • The Bok Phu Quoc accepts bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, JCB or payment at the hotel depending on the booking type.
  • Some bookings may require a deposit or prepayment to secure the room.
  • If payment is not completed within the given time, the reservation may be cancelled or released.
  • Please notify us as early as possible via hotline, WhatsApp or official email.
  • Cancellation conditions may vary by rate type, stay period, peak season, public holidays or promotions.
  • Promotional, non-refundable or peak-season bookings may not be refundable after confirmation.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.
  • Refund processing time depends on banks, payment gateways or card issuers.
  • Transaction, banking or payment gateway fees, if any, may not be refundable.
  • Date changes are subject to room availability at the time of request.
  • New rates may apply, and guests must pay any price difference if applicable.
  • Requests during peak season or holidays are handled based on actual availability.
  • If the guest does not arrive and does not inform the hotel in advance, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
  • Prepayment or deposit may not be refundable in this case.
