All reservations are confirmed only after The Bok system or staff sends a successful confirmation. Payments may be made by cash, bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, JCB or supported online payment gateways.
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is before 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out depends on room availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation, booking changes and refunds depend on the selected room type, rate plan and promotion at the time of booking. Please refer to the Payment and Cancellation Policy page.
Guests must follow hotel rules, avoid disturbing other guests, comply with Vietnamese law and take care of their personal belongings during the stay.
The Bok Phu Quoc provides additional services such as travel SIM/eSIM, attraction tickets, tours, airport transfers and international guest support. SIM/eSIM orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
Customer personal information is used to process bookings, provide customer support, send service-related notices and comply with legal requirements. The Bok does not sell personal data to third parties.
The Bok Phu Quoc is not responsible for undeclared personal property loss, incidents caused by natural disasters, weather, epidemics or other force majeure events beyond reasonable control.
The Bok may update or modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on the official website.
