The Bok Phu Quoc is located at VH 86-87, Grand World, Ganh Dau, Phu Quoc. It is convenient for visiting VinWonders, Safari, Grand World and attractions in the north of the island.
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM. For early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance so we can check availability.
Yes. Early check-in depends on room availability on the day. We will do our best to assist whenever possible.
Yes. High-speed WiFi is available free of charge for guests staying at The Bok.

Yes. The Bok provides Vietnam travel SIM and eSIM packages including Local, Mobifone and Viettel. After payment confirmation, guests will receive eSIM QR support or setup guidance.
Yes. We can help book VinWonders, Safari and other attraction or entertainment services in Phu Quoc.
Yes. The Bok can arrange airport transfers and transportation to tourist spots. Advance booking is recommended.
Yes. Laundry service is available for guests. Please contact reception or support for details.
We support cash, bank transfer and cards such as Visa, Mastercard and JCB depending on the actual payment conditions.
